1. Introduction

This is an Agreement between Jenny Famularcano Chen, in her capacity as owner of Jenny Famularcano Studio, LLC, (“Coach”) and for 60-minute group online meetups and discussion, (“Notion Chats”).

The purpose of a Notion Chat is to form a professional relationship between the Coach and Attendees. The ultimate goal is to understand the Attendee’s personal, professional and/or business goals and assist Client in attaining their highest creative potential through executing through creative work. This will be done through interactions between the Coach and Attendee throughout the Term of this Agreement.

By signing this Agreement, Client hereby acknowledges all policies and procedures contained within this document and expresses assent to the following terms:

2. Late Arrivals

Each Notion Chat is 60 minutes in length. Calls will not be extended (unless time is available).

No-Show Policy

If not a single attendee joins the scheduled Zoom meeting within fifteen (15) minutes of scheduled start time, the Notion Chat will be treated as a “no-show” and will be cancelled.

3. Information

All the information on the form provided is correct and to the best of Client’s knowledge.

4. Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, Limited License

Confidential Information

Jenny Famularcano Studio, LLC takes pride in its proprietary information included in each Project. As such, Client agrees and acknowledges all Confidential Information shared through this Project and by the Designer is confidential, proprietary, and belongs exclusively to Jenny Famularcano Studio, LLC.

”Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:

• Any systems, sequences, processes or steps shared with Attendees;
• Any information disclosed in association with this Agreement;
• Any trade secrets in connection with the Project or Jenny Famularcano Studio, LLC business practices.

Coach also agrees to protect Client’s “Confidential Information,” which may include, but is not limited to:

• Company Information:
  • Addresses
  • phone numbers
  • or other “personally identifiable information?”
